High Quality Services for Individuals with

Disabilities and Their Support Professionals

Empowering Innovations believes that all people with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or both, deserve care from educated, prepared, and professional role models who never stop trying to understand and empathize with a world both similar and vastly different from our own.

The unfortunate truth, is that people with disabilities don’t always get the premium care we want, and should expect from our skills trainers, respite providers, and behavior specialists.

By the same token, support professionals don’t always get, and can’t always find the training, tools, and support they need to perfect their skills, continue their education, and provide high-quality services to people with disabilities.

Empowering Innovations recognizes the need to fill this gap, providing high-quality training and support for high-quality professionals.

In addition, Empowering Innovations provides behavior consultation services, behavior support plans, and in-home assessments to people with disabilities and their caregivers.

While there is certainly a place for community services and residential facilities, Empowering Innovations celebrates the families that have chosen to keep their sons and daughters, sisters and brothers with disabilities at home. One of our many goals is to continue to increase quality in-home supports to ensure that families can continue to stay together in a healthy and stable environment.
